Samantha Sherman

Born in Pensacola, FL, Samantha Sherman is a Biomedical/Chemical Engineering student (C/O 2028) at Vanderbilt University. Samantha joined the lab in June 2025 and currently works with Ella Adjei-Sowah. Upon graduation, she is interested in pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. Outside of the lab, Samantha is a member of Phi Sigma Rho Sorority for women in STEM and serves as a writer for The Slant, Vanderbilt’s satirical newspaper. She also loves going to concerts and trying different restaurants and coffee shops with friends.
